my training plan

i am never sure if i like to train with others or not. sometimes i like it a lot and sometimes i enjoy the solitude. i do run a lot with other people and i can run with anyone. from total beginner to elite. depends what kind of training i have. cycling with me would be a bit annoying as i train with power and am very particular and precise but do get in touch with me as we can always work something out. i swim alone but i do not mind going to the pool with someone and having a coffee after.

these files document all my training since i started losing weight in 2004. maybe few weeks are missed, few sessions changed or adjusted to fit the circumstances but i would say that its 99% correct. i am very lucky to have a super high percentage of executed sessions - this kind of consistency allows me to progress easily. also thanks to my coach who makes sure my plans work around other parts of my life.

these are my speeds:

long swim: ~1:35-1:45 min/100m
long cycle: ~160 watts (on windless flat around 33 km/h), on hills 200+ watts
long runs: warmup ~5:00 min/km; when i warm up i can go around 4:30 min/km, tempo is closer to 4:00-4:20 min/km.

please do not ask me for water or food or anything else while we train together - i only bring enough for myself - make sure you are self-sufficient.
